How does it work?

Subscribe to the DIY Decor Box, then each month we will send you a curated box designed by us, that is fun, and trendy.  Sign up easily and cancel anytime!

What will be in my box?
Each month we choose a different theme based on the season or that particular month happenings.  The DIY Decor Box will include unfinished wood pieces, paint, brushes, instructions, and miscellaneous items to finish your project ex: ribbon, floral, etc.

When will I get my box?
The DIY Decor Box ships between the 1st-5th of every month.  We lock subscriptions on the 20th of each month, so we have time to prepare each box. If you subscribe between the 1st-20th of the month, you will receive your first box the following month. If you subscribe after the 20th of the month, you will skip a month, for ex:  If you subscribe on May 21th, you will receive your first subscription box in July, which ships between the 1st-5th. 

When will I be billed?
If you subscribe between the 1st-20th of the month, you will be billed when you first place your order, then again on the 16th of each month. For instance, if you subscribed on May 10th, you will be billed again on June 16th.  If you subscribed on May 21th, you will skip a month and then be billed again on July 16th.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page. If you need to contact us for support, you can email us at hello@rusticglitter.com. Renewals occur on the 16th of the month preceding your next box. To avoid being charged for next month's box, cancellations would need to occur by the 15th of the month by 11:59pm cst. Any cancellations that occur after the 15th of the month will take effect for the following month. For example: If you cancel on or before May 15th, you will not receive the June box; if you cancel after May 15th, you will receive the June box, but none after that unless you decide to renew. Reminder emails are sent out 2 days before renewals.

What is the return policy?
Subscription boxes are considered a final sale and are not refundable. If an item arrives broken during transit, please email hello@rusticglitter.com as soon as possible so we can mail a replacement out to you immediately! If for some reason you do not like the DIY project, please consider gifting it! Rustic Glitter is not held liable for any damaged clothing, furniture, or any item in your home while crafting the project. When crafting and creating the projects, please wear clothes suitable for crafting, and cover/protect workspace.
